Return Policy

A return request must be submitted from the customer order page within 2 days after delivery.

Eligible returns

Damaged, defective or incorrect products may be reviewed. Products, packaging and supplied accessories must be returned in the condition required for verification.

Review and collection

Approval may require product details, photographs or quality checks. Approved returns may be collected through the assigned reverse courier.

Wallet credit

After returned products are received and accepted, their refundable product value after the original product discount is credited to the customer wallet. Original shipping charges are not included. Wallet credit can be adjusted against a future purchase.

Excluded requests

Requests submitted after two days, products damaged after delivery, missing items or products that fail verification may be rejected.
